Shipping Timelines

Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation.

During Indian public holidays, festive seasons, or high-volume periods, dispatch may take up to 72 hours.

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3 to 7 working days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

Please note that these timelines are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including payment authorization delays or logistical constraints.

Delays & External Factors

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Narendra Jewellers shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen local events

  • Public holidays or regional restrictions

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient delivery addresses

  • Incorrect or unreachable contact details

  • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery

  • Delays related to inter-state or international transit

Any delay or return resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer will be the customer’s responsibility.

Return-Linked Shipping

We offer one-time FREE reverse pickup for approved returns or exchanges within India.

Any additional return or exchange requests for the same order will require the customer to bear the shipping charges.

For discounted items or orders placed using promotional or coupon codes:

  • Returns may not be applicable

  • Refunds, if approved, will reflect only the final amount paid after discounts

Delivery Partners & Payments

We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure secure, trackable deliveries across India.
All online payments are processed through secure, RBI-compliant payment gateways to ensure data protection and transaction safety.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched:

  • Tracking details will be shared via SMS and/or email

  • You may also view tracking updates in your account under “My Orders”

Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active.

Packaging & Unboxing

Each Narendra Jewellers order is carefully packed in a premium protective box to ensure product safety and an enhanced unboxing experience.

We strongly advise customers to:

  • Inspect the package at the time of delivery

  • Do not accept packages that appear damaged, opened, or tampered

For transparency and faster issue resolution, we recommend recording a complete 360-degree unboxing video showing the sealed package before opening. This is essential for claims related to missing items or transit damage.

Order Verification & Cancellations

Narendra Jewellers reserves the right to cancel any order without prior confirmation.
We may contact customers to verify:

  • Shipping address

  • Contact number

  • Product quantity or order details

Orders may be delayed or cancelled if verification is unsuccessful or details are found to be incorrect.
