Refund policy

At Narendra Jewellers, we deeply value your trust and strive to deliver a delightful jewellery shopping experience. If your silver jewellery order does not meet your expectations, our return and refund process is designed to be simple, transparent, and customer-friendly.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 15 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and undamaged

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

  • All original tags, labels, certificates, and invoices are intact

This return policy applies only to purchases made directly through the official Narendra Jewellers website.
If the product was purchased via any third-party marketplace or offline channel, the return policy of that respective platform will apply.

Empty Packages or Missing Products

In the rare event that you receive:

  • An empty package, or

  • A missing product from your order

You must inform our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery.

To process such claims, we may require a clear 360-degree unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened from start to finish.
This video is mandatory to verify claims fairly. Claims may be rejected if:

  • No unboxing video is provided

  • The package seal appears tampered

  • Visual proof is insufficient or unclear

Unboxing Video Requirement

For transparency and faster resolution of disputes, we strongly recommend recording a full unboxing video at the time of delivery.
The video must clearly show:

  • The intact outer seal

  • The entire unboxing process without cuts

This safeguards both the customer and Narendra Jewellers.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Raise a return request via our website, or

  • Contact our Customer Support team directly

Once approved, a reverse pickup will be scheduled through our logistics partner.

Please ensure:

  • Availability during pickup

  • Prompt response to verification calls

Missed calls or unavailability may result in pickup cancellation or delays.

If multiple items are returned and any item is missing at the time of pickup, Narendra Jewellers reserves the right to deduct up to the full MRP of the missing item(s) from the refund.
This includes free or promotional items, which must also be returned along with the main product.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not applicable for:

  • International orders

  • Discounted or sale items

  • Products purchased using discount coupons or promotional codes

  • Pure 999 Silver Coins

  • 999 Silver Idols & Idol Frames

  • Items purchased under No-Cost EMI

  • Special hampers, festive editions, or limited-time collections

Shipping Charges

If a return or exchange is initiated for reasons other than product damage or manufacturing defect, the return shipping charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Refund Duration

Once the returned product is received at our warehouse and passes quality inspection:

  • Refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days

  • The amount will be credited back to the original payment method

Replacement & Exchange Policy

Replacements or exchanges are allowed under the same eligibility conditions as returns.

  • Replacement will be shipped only after the original product is received and verified

  • Subject to stock availability

International Orders

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international shipments

  • Returns and exchanges are not applicable for international orders

Order Cancellation & Verification

Narendra Jewellers reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Orders may be verified through verbal or written confirmation, including address, quantity, or contact details, before dispatch.
